A pledge to the Flag

A pledge to the Flag

Postby sockii on 11 Jul 2007 14:54

I pledge allegiance
to the Flag
of the United Fans of Copelandia
and to the messageboard for which it stands
one website
under Klark Kent,
polyrhythmical,
with tube socks and short shorts for all.

Oh...embarassing....I'm tearing up.

...remember as you recite this try imagine the "epic humming", y'know like in the movies when someone stands up and gives an inspirational speech.

There is always that music.

"what the matter there boy?"..."Shhh I see Stewart Copeland fans" - The Stickth Sense.

Heh, I like that one!

Cheer eyo eyo yo yo !!!

I have no justification for this but I'm hearing 'Here Come The Warm Jets' by Brian Eno in my head to go along with that... ridiculous. OT: does anyone know if that song was used in a movie? I don't know where I know it from...

But back on topic... LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!

TO THE OFFICAL KEEPERS OF THE SACRED FLAG:

I suggest the "pledge" be ON THE FLAG somewhere, maybe really small on the front corner or something.

He's dig that I think.

Just an idea.

...oh and another thing. Maybe we should have a separate post in case GIO doesn't see this but...

Maybe they would want to have those on this site?

Up here in Hockey country we use "car flags" all the time in the playoffs. It has that plastic part where you can put in in your window. The World Cup fans do it too for Footy matches.

It's a great looking flag and logo and I would buy one !

I could put it on my Vespa and be one of THOSE people.

Just an idea.

AMEN is right. I love it. I just got four t-shirts made for my mom, sister, niece, and myself for the HErshey Park show and I'm now thinking about putting the pledge on the backs of the shirts, with your permission, of course, sockii.
