Kel, the story is just too beautiful, thank you ......

And where's the Flag now ? .... needs some rest, has been touched/ held/ exposed too much, the Flagg itself has laughed/ yelled /cried too much.
Look how its face has happily cracked, those wrinkles tell the history
:)

I believe Stewart will appear soon with the Flag.

What a story

>Again, I probably should have cried. But the whole thing was just too >unreal. The whole thing is still too unreal. For the last six songs of The >Police's last gig of their last tour, that manky, mangled, stinky green >flag that was created on my and Mo's kitchen table and has since seen 5 >continents and 91 concerts -- plus a pretty long Elvis taping, so screw it, >we're gonna call that 92 -- hung next to Stewart's drumkit. I've seen the >videos; I've seen the photos. I was there. I know how the story ends. >But I still don't believe it.

W H A T A S T O R Y !!!

Well, Kellie...I could only read everything in one time right now (I am a little ...ON VACATION from everything these days), and this is definitely the perfect script for a movie....!

I can imagine the ending of "The Flag: the Movie":

The concert at MSG is over; the fat lady has sung. As Stewart (played by Hugh Laurie) does his final points to the crowd, the camera focuses in on the The Flag. As the camera focuses out, you see that we are now in Stewart's studio 4 months later. He is in there working on his symphony. He is a bit frustrated, but then he looks over and The Flag catches his eye. There is a twinkle in his eye, a grin comes to his face, then he does a slow little point to flaggie.

Roll credits.

:D

YES! Classic!

OR! It could START by panning out from the flag in his studio with him sitting there working on his symphony and THEN go back in time to explain it from the beginning.

OR! It could be like that entire Seinfeld episode that was told backwards!!

Okay, I have to stop before this gets out of hand.

Now THAT'S an idea. :D

I was just thinking about casting.

Mos Def as Ska Man
Peter Mayhew as Tamadude (if you google that, it makes total sense)
Kirstie Alley as PoliceRule
Gedde Wantanabe as Takashi (just ask Meg if she agrees with that casting)

Hmmm. . . .
There is no bigger gong.
